I bet you they were up to some shenanigans lol 😆 I would love to be a fly on the wall for these conversations. Jennifer Coolidge makes me laugh so hard.

..is diabolical to say the least 🤨🙄 They should use Mothership clips, right? Won't grab enough eyeballs I guess, LOL. This account barely promoted OC when the new season dropped on Peacock this April but have no problem using OC grabs to promote other L&O shows.

Do you remember that scene where a woman asks if this is her only child and Olivia says yes, for now? Do you think Olivia ever considered adopting another baby?

One would assume that by the 3rd season, Elliot will at least be interested in finding out what happened with Dana Wheatley who tried to frame his son for a murder before she made her silent disappearance (my headcanon: she left on that very night to Canada, bought a few fake passports and boarded a flight to Madrid and then another one to Corsica where she operates under the Interpol's radar, blending in the local drugs scene). We did got a few mentions and 2 scenes of the trialed "Brotherhood" members and of Ayanna's divorce, but that was about it in connecting the seasons. The first 2 seasons were significantly better than the next 3 seasons, and the decline started with the 3rd season that took the show out of curve.

This whole set is so funny. Bernie Sanders ornament with a mask and and then "feel the burn" 🤣🤣🤣 Elliot's whole family is in epic banter form here. I miss them. Thursdays are not the same without Organized Crime.

I just saw a clip of Randall & Stabler in a vehicle wherein Stabler tells Randall to keep secrets from Sgt. Bell and Randall tells Stabler to take care of himself because of his traumatic brain injury. Is OC/Wolf Entertainment setting up TBI as a possible exit option/strategy for Stabler?

On Christmas Eve, I always re-watch *The Christmas Episode.* Just love the way they set it up. Full of suspense, emotional roller coaster and beautifully photographed. The last scene of the episode - it might just be one of the saddest scenes from OC. The Stabler family was looking hopeful and excited after so long and it was disappointment all over again. No Christmas miracles for them 😏😐

New to the Dick Wolf universe, but I follow Chris Meloni on IG. Not 100% sure but looks like he recently changed his profile pic. Is this from an episode of OC?

Maybe I am in a unique position because I am an Albanian .. born there, came here at 5 years old and lived in nyc my entire life but I find it insanely hard to believe that they could not find a single actual Albanian to portray Albanians on season 2 …It’s all a hodgepodge of c list actors with terrible accents from random European countries. If you are from New York you know you can’t turn a corner without there being an Albanian somewhere in the shadows?? I don’t even think they consulted an Albanian for the customs integration, language, or lore at all? That just feels insanely lazy to me?? Especially when you are filming in NYC. There are more Albanians here than there are in our own capital back home??? Literally even consulting with someone like my college criminology prof who studied the Albanian mafia would have given them a better perspective for content than what they have right now. Still blows my mind that they cast Vinnie Jones??? Huh??? I love the show but this season took me out of it for a minute with the glaring issues in casting and cultural misrepresentations. It was ok but I feel like if they actually did their homework, they could have knocked it out of the park and it’s now making me wonder how much effort is going into any of the seasons?

I just want to say I fucking love show, I'm so very hooked and just s1 to s2 just don't miss. Bro holy shit there's no "bad" episodes in my opinion and just hope every episode is so very good. I have no critics in this show at all just in "awwee" on how this this show going with the cast, with the stories, the dialog, and ofc Christopher too thinking there's no way it will be ruined

Who is Elliot talking about? It can't be Benson, since they hadn't had any *recent* falling out. They seemed friendly and comfortable around each other. This is also two episodes before that "I want to, but I can't" thing. Though Elliot did express sadness in that scene over Olivia not keeping in touch but why would he say "I recently *lost* a friend? Could it be Frank Donnelly? I know Elliot got attached to him but he didn't lose him due to any selfishness or neglect on his part. So why would he say that? Anyone can help me understand? PS: Sorry about the blurry pics, Christopher moves way too much during this scene!

Hi I’m just a little confused and maybe someone can clear it up for me. At the end of the episode I thought stabler lost his lady friend that he helped escape in the past, her finger was cut off by the nun and when stabler came back after he heard gun shots the nun was gone and the lady was dead.. but in the morgue later that night his friend finger was not missing? What happen exactly .. did I miss something?

For me, it will always be the Eamon Murphy story: 1. Stabler's undercover identity as "Giovanni" (why doesn't he have a surname? What is he? Seal?) whilst he is supposed to be of full Irish descent in-universe, and Murphy is the same. Couldn't they just go with "Matt Beasley" or "Sam Finley"? 2. The fact Eamon Murphy's dog was almost always chewing a \[rubber\] severed hand. I doubt that even in Ancient Egypt where smitten enemies were counted by their severed hands, you'd see this scenario. I felt this was needless and stupid. We knew Murphy was a serial murderer, this added nothing. 3. Why on Earth did the bar was called: "The Bluff"? Couldn't they find something that is actually cool, like: "The Elixir"? Or "Draft Punk"?

It was the battle of repeats last Thursday at 10. There were no new episodes on ABC or CBS, so it doesn’t mean much. But OC won the demo and total viewers for its slot, so at least it went out on a good note. Considering all its episodes had been available on streaming for 6+ months, OC did pretty well. For the most part it was very competitive with new episodes of Greys and Elsbeth. It’s not unreasonable at all to think it could have regularly won the time slot with new episodes. It’s really unfortunate it never got the chance. http://www.thetvratingsguide.com/2025/11/thursday-tv-ratings-112025-elsbeth.html?m=1

Man what a great show it's been great beginning to end. Christopher Meloni killing it like that at 64 is crazy. I loved the character arcs and the variety of crime organizations they had. One thing I loved about the Finale was how Reyes and Vargas were down to ride with Stabler and how Sgt Bell knew they were helping Stabler but let it slide for a while until it got to the point she couldn't ignore it anymore. And Tim Mckenna quicky became one of my favorites I wish he showed up earlier in the show. It was awesome to have a L&O show that wasn't just one shot episodes. I really hope they at least give us 1 more season to tie up some loose ends have Stabler retire and enjoy life with his family. After all these years they got to give him a true ending to his story. By far my favorite law and order now because Ive rewatched it 3 times and never skip a episode which is rare. What do yall think a good ending for the show would look like?

The guy is an incredible actor and has always been great as Stabler. But he somehow reached a new level these last few episodes. He had so many emotional scenes that were so heartbreaking to watch - it was incredible. It’s a shame he’ll never get recognized for it, because he really deserves all the awards after this season.

Not trying to be negative at all, just genuinely curious what everyone thinks now that NBC wrapped the Season 5 reruns. It feels like we’re getting close to some kind of announcement, especially since it’s been such a long stretch with no news. Most shows don’t go this long without any renewal update or movement, which is why I’m starting to think we may be looking at a cancellation. But I’m really wondering what timing people think is most likely. Do you think NBC will announce something tomorrow (Friday tends to be a “news dump” day) or wait until early next week, right before Thanksgiving? Personally, I feel like a cancellation announcement is more likely than not, just because it’s been so long without any updates, but I’m honestly open to other perspectives, and I’d love to hear what everyone else thinks.

It's likely that the next OC broadcast will be a farewell to Elliot Stabler. We will probably see him once in a season in SVU or in the SVU series finale (or may be not). What are your headcanons about what happens next to him? The five seasons have shown his growth as a character and unpacked a lot of his backstory we didn't get in SVU. He has suffered some big losses but has made a lot of new connections too. Where do you think he goes from here? If we miraculously get a sixth season, how would you like it to unfold? What has Elliot been doing in the time lapse between season 5 and 6?

With the help of an old academy buddy, Stabler goes rogue in the hunt for Emery; using OCCB allies when he can, Stabler must face the truth behind revenge, with one last assist from Joe.

I had stopped posting OC’s ratings because the ratings were what you’d expect of a show that has been available to watch for months now - not good. But last week OC beat the fall finale of Grey’s handily and came close to the same demo as a new episode of Elsbeth. I’m not sure any of it matters at this point, but credit to OC (and all of us) for a good showing against new episodes of the ABC and CBS shows. Hope it ends on another good note this week. http://www.thetvratingsguide.com/2025/11/thursday-tv-ratings-111325-greys.html?m=1

Is there anyone that “almost” feels bad for Donnelley? I’m almost done with season 2 and I know he’s a shitty person, but the show almost makes you out to feel bad for him. Every time he calls stabler “brother” “number two” “I trust you” NAMES HIS KID AFTER HIM!!!! I can’t help but flinch. It’s like, I know he’s shitty and terrible, but I almost want him to get away with it. It’s really difficult for me because law and order and SVU you know the bad guys and you know who you should root for, but OC they have someone that you feel bad for and don’t want to go down. Like Reggie, and honestly Albie I felt the same way. This time I have Donnelly, but also wish he was smart enough to not have so much faith in stabler.

Yeah, this isn’t exactly OC-related. But Peacock just canceled one of its highest rated original shows. It’s speculated that it was too expensive to produce and season 2 viewership was down a little. (People on the Poker Face sub think Natasha Lyonne’s other projects and support of AI may have played a part. A lot of fans also weren’t thrilled with season 2 apparently.) They are shopping the show to other services with a new lead. On another note, The Paper started airing on NBC and did comparable to OC. You can’t draw any real conclusions from this other than tv is brutal.

Emery and Joe are back in town, sending Stabler on a wild goose chase of false leads; playing both sides eventually catches up with Joe; Stabler and Emery end up being one step ahead of him, sending Joe closer to a fatal endgame. **Reminder that NBC is skipping episodes 7&8 and going straight from 6 to 9.

This was always weird to me, they are a Spanish speaking gang, they won't trust anyone who is not of such background and yet Stabler was picked for this mission. It's not like they needed to emulate the "Family Guy skin color palette meme" for their trucks to enter places. I would have used Reyes in this mission instead, in both seasons 4 and 5 (with a fake backstory to why he disappeared after the arrests in the early fourth season), and by extension prevent the whole dating Jet mess they created, and put Elliot in another mission where he could fit right in, like infiltrating a smugglers ring who work in logistics in a local port who steal from arriving and departing cargos, fake the inventories' lists of each cargo to hide their criminal activity and sell the stolen goods in the black market.

i just finished season 5 and not sure where i stand on it. the first couple of episodes were great - especially episode 4 and the whole eli shooting the italian kid thing. but i feel like they’ve started some archs that went nowhere or got no closure. the whole eli thing - from his sus CO, to the shooting (and his coping) and becky basically wishing on a star he’d be off the force. reyes being undercover at the los santos and disappearing for idk how many eps (i’ve read about some budget cuts so i assume that’s related, to that and sarg’s disappearing too). idk, lots of potential but i feel like from the middle onwards it just went sideways a little. great acting throughout tho - especially from chris. also, he has suuchhhhhh good chemistry with dean. hope they keep randall around!!

The character had no stable background/backstory nor a realistic depiction of a police operating white hat hacker. Vargas does that far more reliable than her. I know that many here feel like she's the "pinnacle" of this series, but I'm not part of that club. I'd like them to invest more in Sgt. Bell or in Reyes, since they have zilch of investment upon. Heck, even Vargas needs some more focus than what he got. Edit: she was also thrown at almost any man she met.

I’m already a fan of them individually as actors, but their chemistry together on screen is superb. Their acting styles really complement each order, and they actually seem like brothers. I really wish the writers could figure out a way to make Dean Norris’ character permanent because his energy really does help the show
