That nonsense had nothing to do with Organized Crime as a term, it was merely anti-Indian propaganda which was better to not be produced (I don't know how the Indian actors sold themselves out like this). As if the writers are terrified of the day in which the global focus will leave (and it will, history repeats itself, global powers come and go) America. Edit: Lol Just got another wave of hate DMs because of my ethnicity and nationality (same as jesus') from users here in this sub. downvote me till ur clicks device breaks. It won't do. I will not go away just because u loath me for racist reasons.

In season 5 episode 2 I was abit confused when Elliot was in that crash with the truck and then suddenly he wakes up and then Liv is there and stuff happens and they do the mission and try find the guys Then he wakes up and his mum is beside him and the next scene he’s at his office and bell is talking to him and says they found the necklace and the picture of the young girl. I just trying to comprehend what happened

Checking in as a newbie again! I didn’t know we were gonna dive right back into Wheatley after the Stabler undercover situation (knowing what I know now lol) 1. I loved the story line with the Kostas the Albanians don’t play. It gave me everything I loved about the Sopranos! And as a gay man I loved that Stabler kept his word and never outed Albie ❤️ I just finished the blackout and the Wheatley’s are dead. Allegedly I’m a big no face no case guy and they didn’t find the body l so my alarm bells are ringing. I’m a couple episodes into Stabler being friends with Donnelly and it’s already giving bad news I don’t like it.

Like most people here, I’m very sad that OC was cancelled. One of the things that I’m sad to lose is some of the great plot lines related to Elliot’s personal growth and the rest of the Slabler’s as well, though there is some hope via SVU. But one thing I really need to rant about is the loss of Sergeant Bell. I genuinely feel she is one of the best supporting characters I’ve seen in a long time, and her relationship with Stabler was great. I also love SVU but it’s done a shit job with issues of race and LGBTQ issues most of the time. Ayanna’s lived experience and a Black Lesbian cop was (in my opinion) written really well and highlighted some really important issues. I really loved her character- she was written so well, I’m genuinely so upset we won’t see her again. Thats it. That’s my rant.

Finally just started the show yesterday after only watching SVU and the OG cause I was desperately in need of a new show to watch and I’m so mad I didn’t get on the train earlier, also I’m super bummed it’s not coming back cause so far (I’ve only watched through season 1 episode 5) I’m absolutely loving it. The thing I think I like the most is that this is more of a continuous and linear story rather than the standard: each episode is different format, other than your 2 parters and crossover episodes here and there. That’s definitely helping me care about the characters quicker than I usually do when new ones get introduced. I think the new characters are great, and I loved Dylan McDermott since AHS so he’s a huge highlight for me and I think Wheatley is an amazing villain.I also really love seeing a different side to Stabler; and how he’s dealing with his grief and still work the case in his Stabler way. Only thing I’m finding challenging is trying to remember the timeline with SVU with the Kathy episodes and the purple magic of it all; but I’ll just have to rewatch those to refresh my memory cause I definitely haven’t seen them in a while.

As we know, OC is cancelled. Someone I was REALLY hoping to come back was Eamon Murphy. While it's not bad that he was left alive, I think it would have been very interesting if he came back and was killed or arrested, cause the arc was interesting, especially because he was a rival to Bell and Jet, so adding him back to get punishment would have been cool.

If not for those 2 needless and idiotic episodes, Organized Crime's season 5 could have 4 episodes dedicated to Joey and Emery and close the story with finesse rather than that sloppy closure we got. Now, obviously I am not a showrunner, but seriously who the heck thought this relevant to nothing "Collective" story would be fitting in such a short season? Season 3 had room for such nonsense, but in such a tight season? this has no place, let alone value. Tanner could have been introduced as a counter-terrorism cop investigating hezbollah leads in NYC which may overlap with Redcoat's activity and that's it for including her in the story. I can imagine the cancellation email being typed from NBC to Wolf Entertainment with "Oh My Darling Clementine" (OC version) playing in the background.

Ok, so I just finished season 3 of OC. WHY DID THEY CANCELLED THIS SHOW? LIKE ITS SO GOOD, PLUS THE CHARACTERS. I NEED IT BACK. I found this petition online if anyone want to sign it... Idk why there's so little signatures, but anyway. #SAVEOC please Save Law & Order: Organized Crime - US · [SAVE OC](https://c.org/R6XhsmYZ6S)

At the 6th season he should turn 60 years old, which means his career is 3 years prior of retirement. And given the low quality of other Wolf shows that are on, this was artistically a good decision.

The first question is where is law and order organized crime in the uk? It’s not released yet despite law and order SVU releasing on May 25th 2026 despite concluding in May 14th 2026 but Organised crime season 5 concluded in June 2025, I get that Peacock is the primary release so why can’t peacock join with HBO Max or it can be released on prime video and sky witness soon? Maybe around the release of the second or third episode of law and order SVU. I don’t see promo trailers only from law and order diehard on YouTube, check him out if you want to see the promos. The second question is can it be revived? Anyone from the USA can say whether season 5 was good and if it was, why can’t the creative headrunner of season 5 or at least season 2 since that was a good season be a part of season 6? They never had to hire any other creative head-runners, use the head-runners that made organized crime great season and let them control the storyline because NBC/Peacock or Dick Wolf may be responsible for these shows but look what happened with Charlie Sheen and Chuck Lorre, that shouldn’t happen with Dick Wolf and the creative headrunners of organised crime, doesn’t he feel like the story of organised crime is not over yet or does he feel like this whole franchise is over, it doesn’t have to be if it ended on a cliffhanger or something?

Rather than just mimicking his father's footsteps ("you got your girlfriend pregnant unintentionally, so have I; you chose to pursue a career in law enforcement, and that's what I should also do"). Edit: I would like to share that I had been sent hate DMs from people in this subreddit, who thought that it'll do anything if they'll send me political nonsense and downvote my activity here. Such a waste of time.

I had just re-watched the episode where Elliot tries to confront Gus Hanson about his and Joseph Stabler, Sr.'s cover-up of their dirty shooting; Hanson kicks Elliot from his house and rushes to call Frank Donnelly to tell him that Elliot is "not truly one of them \[dirty cops\]" and that "he was sent by IAB to work undercover against them". How the F did he reached those two conclusions within 2 seconds?!

Showrunner Michele Fazekas tells TVLine that she had plans to bring Chris Meloni's character back two other times during the season. In both cases, she adds, Meloni's busy schedule made Stabler's return impossible. "We had a scene in the crossover that he was not available for," she says. (Fans will recall that, just Episode 9 began — aka the "SVU" half of the "Law & Order" and "SVU" crossover event in January — Mariska Hargitay's Olivia Benson made a call to her former partner, alerting him to a possible hate group.) In addition, "I thought about bringing him into the season finale," she says. "But I don't regret it, because the scene \\\[in Episode 20\\\] with Velasco and Benson was probably the scene that I would have done with Stabler and Benson" in the season-ender, she explains. "And I actually really liked that it was Velasco." Read More: https://www.tvline.com/2173443/law-and-order-svu-season-27-christopher-meloni-planned-stabler-episodes/

Title. As in Stabler's return in SVU as Episode #1.

This was the most unrealistic aspect of the show for me. The showrunners made the task force feel like 5 people were in-charge of fighting ALL organized crime in a city of 11 million. If they were just one task force (with more bit /nonspeaking characters who act as other detectives, tech experts, etc., to make it more realistic, while the cast are the ones we run the stories with) out of many other task forces in an NYPD sector of combating Organized Crime, like how there is a SVU per each part of NYC, and with them being tasked over a certain part of New York City, the show would have been more believable.

The last piece of NBC‘s fall 2026 schedule to fall into place was Law & Order, whose Season 26 renewal didn’t close until end of the week, hours before the network was to unveil its lineup Monday morning. As Deadline reported, negotiations were believed to have gone down to the wire over budget reduction-related matters. According to Katz, scheduling considerations, including the impact of The Traitors taking over Law & Order‘s 8 PM Thursday slot on the size of the drama’s order, also played a role in the renewal delay. (The L&O mothership is believed to be producing a full season in its new Thursday 10 PM time period.)

With the cancellation of Organized Crime by NBC/Peacock, what is the likelihood that it will be picked up by another network, say ABC, Hulu, Prime, etc...

Doing a rewatch, now that it's officially over, and noticed the car they smash up in S2E22 is NOT the same restomod they're driving around, the rest of the episodes. I get using a clone, but don't be so obvious.

The website is full of pop ups, so I’ll sum it up in a few sentences. 1. Lack of leadership (multiple showrunners) 2. High costs, low returns. 3. A network desperate for results. 4. The move to streaming. And that’s pretty much it.

Maybe it's because of the poor promo we've had. Maybe it's because #those svu stans with their one sided beef with Chris, having that god complex and constantly saying how "bad" oc is. But I didn't actually expect so many people outside of the fandom to be as upset as us with oc and stabler. There are so many viral posts across the socials - examples on reddit include these posts from r/television ([link](https://www.reddit.com/r/television/s/oZyZqHSxsD)) and r/popculturechat ([link](https://www.reddit.com/r/popculturechat/s/ke2njnXNhe)) - with comments from casual viewers being saddened about the news and not wanting stabler to go. There is also a lot of people surprised that the show even existed. Again, I feel like the show was always set up for failure with the lack of love it got from Wolf and the network. And if they've all had some sense that the show was probably not getting renewed since May 2025, I can't believe the audacity they had to parade Chris around to promote stuff all this time?? I hope he's able to hit the mark with this Fogelman show (I'm pretty sure he will tbh because Paradise is amazing) and I hope the rest of the cast, especially Dani, will find work that will actually appreciate their talent

Can we as fans do what the fans of Lucifer did? Lobby other networks to pick it up and give them another season/more closure? Or will that not work as an NBC/Dick wolf universe show

OC was a breath of fresh air the franchise needed. Season 5 had my excited for more and of course it's been over a year with no news until today, the writing was on the wall. I really hope we still get more Stabler in the future because his story is way more interesting than Olivia's considering her arc has been done for nearly 5 years now and yet they still keep making her the star of the show every season.

The first couple seasons were absolutely jam-packed with intense scenes, but S4 definitely takes the cake for me. Stabler's brothers getting some love. The intensity of the season. Their mission to get ahold of the lunatics selling Soviet weapons for mass-casualties. Like, whoever is in that boardroom writing this shit needs to be paid VERY well, because it's all done to perfection. I always thought the best crime-related show was Breaking Bad, but I'm sorry.. OC absolutely DOGWALKS BB in terms of criminal masterminds. I also absolutely refuse to believe that Stabler being named "Hank" while undercover isn't a little hidden detail about BB, given Dean is a prominent actor! Throwback to everyone's favorite investigator Hank Schrader! LMAO!

I LOVE HER SO MUCH. 😭 She reminds me so much of me. Master at her craft, she's super funny, and the scenes revolving around her are always amazing. The actress does a hell of a job playing the part! I loved her from the beginning, but she very quickly became a favorite of mine! 😁
